M Manoharan & Co is a legal practice established in 2001, founded by Manoharan Malayalam. We are registered legal practitioners licensed to practice law in Malaysia, with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Klang, Selangor.

 

3. SCOPE OF LEGAL SERVICES

Our legal services include but are not limited to:

  • Civil litigation and dispute resolution
  • Family law and matrimonial matters
  • Property law and conveyancing

4. ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

An attorney-client relationship is established only when:

  • You have retained our services through a signed retainer agreement
  • We have confirmed acceptance of your case in writing
  • Initial legal fees or retainer has been paid as agreed

 

5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • All legal fees must be agreed upon in writing before commencement of work
  • Payment terms are specified in individual retainer agreements
  • Unpaid fees may result in withdrawal from representation
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts

 

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate fully in your legal matter
  • Pay fees and costs as agreed
  • Inform us of any changes in circumstances
  • Attend scheduled appointments and court proceedings

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we strive for the best outcomes, legal results cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege under Malaysian law. We maintain strict confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or court order.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

 

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
